Every project consists of two components: process and product.  As craftsmen we value the beauty and functionality of the cabinets we produce, as well as the opportunity to support the greening of Seattle's homes.  At the same time, we recognize that our relationship with our clients revolves around processes that, if done well, make getting from start to finish more enjoyable.

Kitchen remodeling is a very disruptive and costly process.  We try to remove as much of the uncertainty and chaos as possible. In addition, we have developed an approach that will save you thousands of dollars on your green kitchen remodel.  Our goal is to achieve 100 percent customer satisfaction by doing what we say we will, when we say we will, and providing an exceptionally well crafted green kitchen that is healthy, eco-friendly, beautiful, and extremely utilitarian.

What's in a Name

People often ask us how Ravenworks' name was chosen. To us, the raven signifies creativity, transformation and ingenuity, and embodies the values we have instilled in our business.

Among the Tlingit and Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska, the raven is central to their respective creation legends.  In addition to playing a key role in the creative process, the raven is also associated by many tribes with transformation and cleverness. It is also interesting to note that these tribes' values place an emphasis upon sustainability: utilizing completely those things that the land and water provide (i.e. salmon, deer, berries, seal, clam, cedars) and not permitting waste.

We have chosen the raven to symbolize our company values as we strive to be creative and clever in producing beautiful green custom cabinets and furniture that is environmentally friendly.  And just as the indigenous people's footprint was light and sustainable, we seek those same goals.
